Sneak Some Veggies into Your Child's Food

Having trouble getting your kids to eat enough vegetables? A lot of moms sneak nutrients into their kids’ foods by adding fruits and cooked veggies that have been pureed (even a jar of baby food!) into their favorite meals. Some experienced-mom favorites include adding pureed carrots or squash to macaroni and cheese or spaghetti sauce, and slipping pureed spinach into brownies and other baked goods
