Your days can get so busy, sometimes you don’t have time to think about dinner until – dinner! That’s why some moms like to make and freeze a few wholesome meals ahead of time so they’re ready to reheat and serve in a pinch. It’s also a great way to avoid being preoccupied in the kitchen during those hours when your kids are often their fussiest. Some of the most freezer-friendly meals include:

If you can, allow the meal to cool for at least 30 minutes before wrapping it tightly in foil or freezer bags. It’s also helpful to mark the package with what it is and when it was made, as well as any reheating directions.
